Home Made Pizza Dough

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1 tbs of salt
  • 2 tbs of yeast
  • 1 tbs of honey
  • 2 tbs of olive oil
  • warm water
Procedure:
  1. put the war water into a bowl. add salt and honey and mix with a spoon. 
  2. add yeast, mix and let is sit for 10 mins
  3. gradually add flour and olive oil and start mixing
  4. when the mixture gets too heave to mix start to kneading the dough with your hands
  5. knead the dough until you have a smooth ball
  6. coat the dough with olive oil, place it in a large bowl and cover it with kitchen wrap or a grocery bag. leave it in room temperature for 1 hour. (when it inflates push it down and let it sit for another hour)
  7. put dough on lightly floured surface, put a bit of flour on top and make it into a shape of a pie by stretching it out from the center outwards. 
  8. punch some holes in the dough with a fork to let the air escape while the pizza is in the oven.
  9. add sauce and toppings
  10. bake at 400-450 degree for 20-25 mins



after kneading the dough letting it sit for one hour
after rolling out the dough and punching holes with a fork.
