Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 cups of flour
- 1 tbs of salt
- 2 tbs of yeast
- 1 tbs of honey
- 2 tbs of olive oil
- warm water
Procedure:
- put the war water into a bowl. add salt and honey and mix with a spoon.
- add yeast, mix and let is sit for 10 mins
- gradually add flour and olive oil and start mixing
- when the mixture gets too heave to mix start to kneading the dough with your hands
- knead the dough until you have a smooth ball
- coat the dough with olive oil, place it in a large bowl and cover it with kitchen wrap or a grocery bag. leave it in room temperature for 1 hour. (when it inflates push it down and let it sit for another hour)
- put dough on lightly floured surface, put a bit of flour on top and make it into a shape of a pie by stretching it out from the center outwards.
- punch some holes in the dough with a fork to let the air escape while the pizza is in the oven.
- add sauce and toppings
- bake at 400-450 degree for 20-25 mins
after kneading the dough letting it sit for one hour
after rolling out the dough and punching holes with a fork.
