Perfect Steak

Ingredients:

  • Round Steak (1 piece)
  • olive oil (2 tbs)
  • salt ( 1-2 pinches)
  • pepper (1-2 Pinches )
  • garlic ( 2 cloves crushed)
  • butter (1/4 stick)
  • onion (minced)
  • Worcestershire sauce ( few drops)
  • paprika
  • black pepper
Procedure:
  1. take out the steak from the fridge and leave it at room temperature for 20-30 mins
  2. season  the steak with salt, pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce
  3. Heat a non stick pan (make sure it really HOT)
  4. add 1 tbs of olive oil (wait till its hot)
  5. place the seasoned steak cuts on the pan
  6. let it cook for 5-8 mins on the side 
  7. FLIP IT (dont flip it back again)
  8. add butter and garlic 
  9. cook for another 5-8 mins
  10. take it off the pan and put it on a plate. Let it rest for about 15-20 mins before you cut the steak
  11. in the mean time, using the butter and garlic in the pan, add onion and red wine. Reduce to make a sauce.
  12. plate the steak by cutting into pieces (dont make them too thin) and drizzling the sauce on top of it.
  13. Enjoy with mash potato and steamed vegetables.
