Noodle Soup with Seasonal Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Seasonal Vegetables
  • Macaroni
  • Chicken Stock
  • Chicken/beef/sausage 
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • olive oil
  • Parsley flakes
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • Italian Seasoning
Procedure:
  1. Make your chicken stock by placing the stock cube in water and boiling the water for 8-10 mins.
  2. In a Large non stick pan, fry the onions and garlic for 3-4 mins (just to make them golden brown)
  3. add you chicken/beef/sausage and fry it for 4-6 mins
  4. add the chicken stock into the pan.
  5. add the vegetable that will take time to cook such as carrots, potato, celery, beans, etc
  6. after about 6-8 mins add the macaroni and let it cook till its tender
  7. add the other vegetable that will cook easily, such as cabbage, spinach etc
  8. let it cook for about 5-7 mins.
  9. serve it hot.

Ingredients- olive oil, parsley flakes, Italian seasoning, paprika, black pepper, chicken stock

after a couple of minutes all the vegetable and macaroni are cooked
