Slow Cooked Beef Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium sized onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbs garlic (minced)
  • 2 large carrot ( chopped)
  • 3 medium sized potato (chopped)
  • 1 kg beef (small pieces)
  • 1 can of mushroom
  • 1/2 cups of tomato paste
  • 4-6 tbs of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2-3 tbs of black pepper
  • salt
  • 6 cups of beef stock
  • 4tbs of corn flour (mix with warm water)
Procedure:
  1. Place all the ingredients into a pot and slow cook it under low heat for 3-4 hours
  2. Mix often, check for salt, and if the meat is tender
  3. Let it rest for 20 mins before serving
  4. Serve with bread


Ingredient : Beef Stock

Ingredient: Corn Flower

Ingredient : Worcestershire Sauce, black pepper, tomato paste, Mushrooms 



Making Beef Stock by adding 6 cups of water


Beef stock cube in water



All ingredients in a non stick pot
after 1 hour of simmering

Resting before serving 

Serving with bread
